I didn't have time to take any photos today. This is one I took in December of my vintage white tabletop tree with pink and turquoise ornaments. I love searching for and collecting vintage ornaments from the 50's. Not a great photo, but oh well!
A couple of weeks ago we went to a performance of The Lion King. The costumes, music and sets were so incredible, but no photography was allowed so here is the cover of the program. I love going to the theatre, but I don't get to go very often. If you ever get a chance to see this show - GO -. It is a "theatrical extravaganza"! I stole that term from the write-up in the program :)
I adjusted the color and exposure here. I'm still learning PSCS2!
I almost always have a cup of tea and a bowl of cereal (with strawberries and blueberries) in the morning. I never have liked coffee, but sometimes I wish I did because I like the aroma, especially the flavored kind.
This is a bike trail that goes over train tracks. I was waiting to catch a bicyclist, but no luck. Wish it was actually nice enough to go for a bike ride!
This is a view from the parking lot to the area where we have our Saturday morning farmer's market in the spring and summer. I can't wait for the market to begin so I can shop for fresh flowers and veggies!
A few years ago we had a city art project called "Tour De Lincoln" and this is one of the bicycles designed by my high school art teacher. I needed to photograph some color because I'm tired of all the brown at this time of year! It sort of fits the theme - "Hit the Trails" instead of "Hit the Road". I am still working on correct exposure. The first one doesn't represent the color as well as the other two.
SUNSHINE!!! It has been gray and gloomy for the past several days, so it's nice to see the sun again. I took this photo on the way to work today. The temperature was -3 F this morning and we're supposed to reach a high of 10, at least the sun in shining!
