We love our Cuisinart Panini grill. It is so easy to make a great tasting panini sandwich for dinner. I use fresh baked bread from the local bakery - "The Grain Bin" and add meat and cheese and a little butter. It also came with flat plates, so we can make pancakes on it too.

Oh...so jealous...everytime I'm in Williams-Sonoma I look at getting one of these...those sandwiches must taste so good...yumm...
