I thought these curly twigs would make an interesting photo. They are in a black vase sitting on our fireplace hearth. They have kind of a gold shimmer to them, don't know if it shows in the photo. I laid them on the table to get the second shot because they are really long.

You've got some really cool things in the home. I like the second shot here, very cool/fun lines. I think I can see a bit of the gold too.

That is really neat. I can notice a little of the gold, I like how its not too obvious. I really like the composition on these pictures. You have some very unique and beautiful objects in your home :)
how come everyone has so many cool items at their place? i think i'm gonna go to pier 1 and get some stuff. i like your perspective in both shots...but...
i like your wine stopper shots better. the colors are great and the levels adjustment (didn't see the before shot) seems to work great. good job with them. very crips and colorful!
